Paraguayan feminist, lawyer and social worker. Candidate for MA in Political Science and Protection of Civil Liberties and in Criminal Law. Diploma in Human Rights by the Academy of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law, Washington College of Law, American University. University teacher. For over fifteen years she has militated and worked to promote and defend women's human rights. She has participated and contributed in Paraguayan links and networks fighting for equality and non-discrimination. She joined CLADEM’s Management Committee and coordinated the network’s initiatives, both at a national and regional level.

Mery Elizabeth Cabero Calatayud
Lawyer, member of Bolivia’s Cladem, specialized in Gender and Human Rights. She has long been responsible for the Psychological and Legal Department of the Office for Women in Cochabamba, Bolivia. She has experience in project design and management, planning, and evaluation and monitoring of programs and projects. Recently, she has served as Head of the Gender Unit of the AECID in Bolivia.

Litigator, with a graduate degree in Family Law Specialist (Universidad Nacional de Rosario).
With training in the interamerican and International Protection of Human Rights (Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y American University Washington College of Law).
CLADEM member of Argentina, within the area of litigation CLADEM has involved, among other activities, such as co-petitioner in conjunction with INSGENAR Cladem if LNP c / Argentina, presented and admitted before the Committee on Human Rights United Nations.

Monitoring
Elizabeth Plácido
CLADEM member of Mexico, Mexican sociologist who graduated from the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences, UNAM. Diploma in Gender, Development and Democracy by the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Sciences and Humanities, UNAM and a Diploma in Human Rights by the UNESCO Chair and Graduate Studies Division of the FCPyS / UNAM. He has experience in monitoring both in Cladem as in other organizations by participating in the alternative reporting to the Mexican State and attended as an observer to meetings of monitoring committees.
