Objetive:

Through this program, CLADEM contributes to promote the expansion of the interpretative frameworks of the international and national norms in the countries of the region, as well as to enforce justice for women’s human rights by means of gender-sensitive jurisprudence obtained through the international litigation.

With training in the interamerican  and International Protection of Human Rights (Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y American University Washington College of Law).
CLADEM member of Argentina, within the area of litigation CLADEM has involved, among other activities, such as co-petitioner in conjunction with INSGENAR Cladem if LNP c / Argentina, presented and admitted before the Committee on Human Rights United Nations.
