This is an organ of support and consultation of the Regional Coordinator, which evaluates and supervises the development of the national plans.

This organ was created at the Regional Assembly in the year 1992 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It is made up by 5 members and the Regional Coordinator.

 It is currently made up by:

Margarita Manuela Espeche, argentina

 Iris Judith Baptista Gutiérrez, boliviana

 María Guadalupe Ramos Ponce, mexicana

Yolanda Resurrección Guirola Vda. de Parada, salvadoreña

María Isabel Báez Arroyo, puertoriqueña

Elba Núñez – Coordinadora Regional -paraguaya
